Today we delivered 35 pairs of eye glasses to eager and very appreciative men at the Whosoever Gospel Mission. A few never had an eye examination or eye glasses, so it was an early Christmas for them.
It was my privilege to dispense the eyeglasses to grateful, smiling and excited recipients. They loved their eyeglasses! They looked good in them...And they were now able to see clearly with them!
Many of them commented on the caring and professional demeanor of the eye care team that ministered to them at the clinic and wanted to relay their thanks and blessings to the team.
Thanks to our friends at Versant Health we were able to quickly turn around these prescription eyeglasses.
